This sidepull was custom made by John for my donkey Nori. I asked for a clip on the poll strap so I didn’t have to pull it over her ears. Then he requested exact measurements so he could make it just for her and Voila! After little while I decided to put fancy buckles on it and I asked John if he would do it “the right way” with stitching and rivets as opposed to my trying to take it apart and then use chicago screws. He was more than happy to oblige for a very reasonable fee and the turnaround time was extraordinary!                                               -Sarah Coutts
